Unfamiliar with the area, I went to the closest shop with the best reviews and V & M was the spot. They replaced both of the axles on my vehicle, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. They were professional, honest, and took the time to explain the repairs without trying to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. The work was completed in a timely manner, and my vehicle now drives exactly as it should. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, and V & M Automotive earned my confidence through their quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Gabriel was professional on the phone. I like how he returned my initial call for inquiry. He gave me a reasonable quote the day before and was able to take my car just as he said first thing the next morning. He fixed my breaks and my car was ready a few hours later! He didn’t hit me with hidden fees and stayed true to the quote. I’ll be coming back for maintenance and repair!

I definitely recommend V & M Automotive! From the beginning, they were very upfront about pricing, timeframes, and what to expect. There were no surprises or pressure to add unnecessary services. Kevin, the owner, went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable while I waited with our 2-year-old by putting on Cocomelon, which was such a thoughtful gesture; it really showed how family-friendly they are! The shop made sure our car was reliable for our upcoming family trip and took the time to explain future maintenance recommendations without trying to upsell us or inflate the cost of the work we actually needed.
